All bootcamp classes will be in session as well as yoga on weigh in day!

Final Weigh In Day

This is when your final weight, measurements, and body fat percentage will be taken. After Pictures will be taken and required for this challenge.

Fit-Werks Family Summer Picnic

We value our Fit-Werks family and our challenge participants and want to show our appreciation by having an afternoon of celebration with your family. The winning team will be announced here as well as the individual winners from each team.
